Diary of a Fit Mommy's 3 Day Diet

I have created a 3 day diet plan to help you de-bloat and detox for more energy and a flatter tummy!
Its fairly simple and its a good idea to pair cardio along with the diet. Diet + Exercise always yields faster results. Please note that this diet is specifically to lose weight in a short amount of time for an event and should NEVER be done for more than 3 days at a time or for long term.

I use this 3 day diet plan to get me slim when I have a photo shoot or event that is within a few days and it always works!

Diary of a Fit Mommy's 3 Day Diet

Day One:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup whole wheat oats, cooked. Half a banana. Sprinkle of Cinnamon. 1 boiled egg. 

Lunch: 2 cups of spinach, 1 can tuna (place over spinach), with 1 apple

Dinner: 1 filet of baked tilapia, 1 cup baked broccoli, 1/2 baked sweet potato

Day Two:
Breakfast: 1 fried or scrambled egg, 1 whole wheat toast slice. 1 cup of grapes

Lunch: Slices of sharp cheddar & turkey on crackers (6), 1 orange

Dinner: 1 baked pork chop, 1/2 squash slices baked

Day Three:
Breakfast: 3 slices turkey bacon, 1 grapefruit, 1 boiled egg

Lunch: 1 whole grain toast, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 banana

Dinner: 1 salmon filet paired with 1 cup green beans

While doing this diet, please drink up to ten glasses of water a day to stay hydrated.
Do not prolong this diet for more than three days.
